Morris and Watson is a fourth generation family business with traditional values.
From humble beginnings some 90 years ago, Morris and Watson now employs over 120 staff and boasts Australasias largest machine manufactured chain department as well as their large, well-equipped refineries, laboratories, fabricating/alloying and casting departments.
The head office operates out of an extensive factory in Auckland, New Zealand. In addition, Morris and Watson operates factories and retail spaces in Sydney and Brisbane, in Australia. In 2007, Morris and Watson Thailand was set up and in 2010 the new premises in Bangkok, Thailand was officially opened.
While Morris and Watson has undergone extensive growth since it first opened for trading, the company has never lost sight of its core values. Morris and Watson continues to work with the jewelry industry to deliver what it expects, superior products coupled with friendly, expert knowledge.

The Role | Morris & Watson Ltd is seeking a person to work 40 hours per week. The position involves preparing and fabricating precious metal products at our Onehunga premise. Responsibilities include;
The Company's head office is based in Onehunga, Auckland. but we have expanded operations internationally, with sales offices in Brisbane and Sydney and a second manufacturing plant in Bangkok, Thailand. The job requires a conscientious approach to working within a team environment, preparing and processing precious metal products for jewellers and investment brokers. Experience is an advantage but not a necessity since all training will be provided. The right candidate will need to be honest and have an attention to detail regarding quality, weighing and following instructions including written operating procedures. |

The Role | Morris & Watson Ltd is seeking a person to work 40 hours per week. The position involves processing and assembling jewellery chain (necklaces & bracelets) for many of the products Morris and Watson sell to the largest jewellery retailers in Australasia. The role is located in our Onehunga premises. Responsibilities include;
The Company's head office is based in Onehunga, Auckland. but we have expanded operations internationally, with sales offices in Brisbane and Sydney and a second manufacturing plant in Bangkok, Thailand. The job requires a sound knowledge of general machining and fabrication operations is needed as is a ‘can do’ attitude. The ideal candidate will need to have a reliable attendance record and the ability to work under pressure. You must take pride in your work to ensure high levels of output and quality are always maintained, as the products we sell are intended to be displayed and sold in some of the largest jewellery retails stores in Australasia. |
